pIX PRESENTATIONS Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Agreement between Pix Presentations referred to as "we", and the Customer, are to be accepted by the Customer before any submitted material is processed. Click Here for a copy of the Slideshow order form, or here for the FlipAlbum to be signed and included with your order.

1. The Customer accepts sole responsibility for ensuring that anything we are required to do does not breach the legal and/ or moral right of any third party or any law in force in Australia. The Customer indemnifies Pix Presentations against any action or expense rising from any such breach.
2. Although all caution is taken, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the material during the transfer or delivery process. Any liability shall be limited solely to the compensation of blank replacement media.
3. The undersigned hereby warrants that the material being presented to Pix Presentations are not to his/her knowledge copyright or owned by another owner.
4. The customer understands that full payment is due on delivery
5. The quality of the transferred video/images is dependent on the quality of the original source material.
6. The Customer is obliged to pay on inspection of the final product. We have the right to withhold the product and given material until the payment is made.
7. All rates are subject to change without notice.
8. In the event of any problem while playing the DVD/CD in your DVD/CD player return it back to us within 14 days and we will attempt to rectify the problem. If this does not work or you are not satisfied, we will refund all money upon receiving the DVD/CD back from you.
9. Each project differs in size and complexity, you should allow between 7 and 14 days for all work to be completed If projects are going to be long and progressive, a deposit may be required but will be discussed before project starts and agreed to by customer and Pix Presentations.
