How to order your pix presentation

A final check list:

  • You have chosen a package.
  • You have decided on which photos to use and have numbered them on the back
  • You have completed the on-line order form or completed the printed form.
  • E-mail or call us as soon as possible.

Payment
Payment is strictly cash on delivery, we also accept payments by direct transfer, contact us and we will send you our account details, certified cheque, money order, and locally by personal cheque or cash. We will notify you by either e-mail/ phone when the project is completed and to arrange payment. On receipt we will then deliver or post your finished slide show together with your original material.

Ordering
Please contact us at anytime to discuss what we can do for you. We shall take great pride in making sure your project is very special and are eager to work with you to make sure your slide show is exactly what you want. When you have everything together pack it well and call or e-mail us, and don't forget to include the order form. We will then contact you to confirm details and arrange for collection of your images.

Return Policy
To offer you the best DVD possible Pix Presentations uses the most advanced equipment and highest quality materials. They are currently compatible with 95% of the existing home DVD players, even with this high compatibility rate, occasionally a customer is not able to view the DVD on their DVD player.

Remember these DVD's have an expected life span of up to 100 years, and most likely you will be upgrading your DVD player in the near future. You can hang on to your DVD until you are able to get a new DVD player that will be compatible. If you are still unsatisfied and would rather not keep your DVD, your next option is to return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Free Pick-up and Delivery
We offer FREE pick up and delivery of the goods if you are located on the Gold Coast north to Jacobs Well, Northern NSW and west to Canungra. Just $10.95 postage to Brisbane.
